With over 50 fitness classes offered each week, we strive to provide an activity of interest for every member. A wide range of recreation and fitness options are available from walking the beach or nature trails to playing on the bocce or tennis courts or taking classes like tai chi, yoga or aquacize.

Indoor Fitness

Our Fitness Center offers personal trainers available to work with members and help them reach wellness goals for a stronger tomorrow. Classes allow members to join together in a common goal of successful aging. Enjoy swimming in our heated solarium-style pool and aerobics classes in our studio. Our state-of-the-art gym is at the heart of all the action.

Outdoor Fitness

Bike-friendly roads and miles of walking and nature trails inspire many to stay fit. You can look forward to swimming in the Long Island Sound and fishing from our pristine beach. Peconic Landing has special member privileges with the adjacent Island’s End Golf Club, so you can play on this waterfront course. Har-Tru tennis and bocce courts offer other ways to stay active outdoors.
