The Patio Homes are the ideal destination for the ever evolving consumer who is seeking less expensive retirement living options on the North Fork of Long Island. These homes provide complete independence with the support of additional care options if ever needed. Each Patio Home offers a bright and open floor plan and is approximately 950 square feet, including one bedroom with one and a half baths. There are currently four different styles to choose from.
