  • Important Information - Please Read

  • There is a $100 registration fee per table, reduced to $50 for those who apply by April 1st. All fees will directly benefit the Greenport Fire Department. All applicants are subject to approval or rejection at the discretion of Peconic Landing. If your application is approved, you will be emailed a link to our payment portal. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is made. Thank you!
  • Set up begins at 7am on the grounds of Brecknock Hall. Generators are prohibited. Electric is not available. We suggest bringing a cart/wagon to transport your goods to set up area. Peconic Landing will provide each vendor with an 8’ table, tablecloth and two folding chairs. Pop-up tents no larger than 12x12 are welcome. Proof of insurance is required and vendors are solely responsible for their property and related liability. PLEASE NOTE: Submitting an application does not guarantee a place at the John May Mile; your application will be reviewed and you will receive confirmation via email. Peconic Landing reserves the right to reject applications from political, partisan or religious causes. Proof of Health Department permit required (if applicable).
  • Vendor agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Peconic Landing at Southold, Inc. and its agents, employees, representatives, officers, directors, stockholders, members, managers and parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies (individually or collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability for loss, damage or expense for which the Indemnified Parties may be held liable by reason of injury or harm to any person or damage to any property of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in any manner connected with the Vendor’s operations at the Craft Fair, excepting any damage or loss caused by the negligence of the Indemnified Parties.
