Share stories and dances as we learn about the Indigenous Existence, especially the Nations of Long Island, from Candece Tarpley of Sissipahaw/Tuscarora/Tsalagi descent. A world champion Powwow dancer, actress and poet-storyteller-playwright, the Sky Woman’s coming brought the beginnings of several indigenous Nations. Wear comfortable shoes and prepare to move!
