Using examples of his work, Mr. Fischl, an internationally acclaimed painter and sculptor, will speak about the process of creating narrative moments, what he looks for and what he has learned about how to trigger the feeling of a real moment. His extraordinary achievements throughout his career have made him one of the most influential figurative painters of the late 20th and early 21st centuries.
