Peconic Landing’s patio homes are the ideal destination for those seeking retirement living options on the North Fork of Long Island, New York that provide complete independence with the support of additional care options, if ever needed. We are currently offering a selection of four floor plans to choose from. The Patio Home concept was derived from focus groups with prospective members who were looking to downsize but still wanted the feeling of being in a free standing home.
