Directions to Peconic Landing

From POINTS WEST Scenic Route through hamlet centers

1. Long Island Expressway to Exit 73 (last exit).
2. Exit leads to Route 58 in Riverhead.
3. After 4 miles, Route 58 becomes Route 25 East. Follow approx. 15 miles into the hamlet of Southold. Turn left on Youngs Avenue at traffic light.
4. At 2nd intersection, turn right onto Sound Ave (Truck Route 25).
5. After approx. 4 miles, continue straight through yellow flashing light.
6. Peconic Landing entrance is 1/4 mile ahead on left.
7. Turn left onto campus.
8. Follow signs to Community Center.

Expedient Route

1. Long Island Expressway to Exit 71.
2. At end of exit ramp, turn left onto Edwards Avenue.
3. Follow Edwards Avenue to the 3rd intersection (Sound Avenue).
4. Turn right onto Sound Avenue (Truck Route 25) and proceed east for approx. 24 miles.
5. Peconic Landing entrance on left after yellow flashing light in Greenport.
6. Turn left onto campus.
7. Follow signs to Community Center.

From THE SOUTH FORK Scenic Route

1. Take Route 24 (Flanders/Hampton Bays-Riverhead Road) toward Riverhead.
2. At first stoplight, turn right onto Route 105 North.
3. Follow Route 105 to next stoplight.
4. Turn right onto Rt. 25 East.
5. Follow directions from in Points WEST Scenic Route above.

Expedient Route

1. Take Route 24 (Flanders/Hampton Bays-Riverhead Road) toward Riverhead.
2. At first stoplight, turn right onto Route 105 North.
3. Follow Route 105 to the second stoplight.
4. Turn right onto Northville Turnpike.
5. At stop sign, turn right onto Sound Ave. (Truck Route 25 A).
6. Follow directions from in Points WEST Expedient Route above.

From POINTS EAST Cross Sound Ferry

1. Turn left out of Cross Sound Ferry parking lot.
2. Follow North Road/ Sound Road/ Truck Route 25 west approximately 7 miles.
3. Peconic Landing entrance will be right.
