The Executive Assistant performs a broad variety of administrative tasks that support the President/CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization.
- Coordinate extensive calendar including internal/external meetings, Board meetings, conference calls, annual conferences/seminar registration and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, minutes and reports, power point presentations, other projects as requested.
- Excellent computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an executive secretary.
