Solarium-style Pool

Use the natural resistance of water to help tone and condition the body while keeping stress out of your joints. Enjoy swimming in our heated solarium-style indoor pool while benefitting from classes, including Restorative Aquacize or AquaZumba, a high-energy class that is always a party! Free swim is also available as the pool is open each day. Grab a swim partner or bring the grandkids for a splash.

SMART Gym

Our new fitness center is outfitted with state-of-the-art HUR fitness equipment offering smart card capabilities. SmartBalance technology allows trainers to assess and design a personalized gym program to help you reach your goals. Simply slide your smart card into each machine, and the weight and repetitions will set automatically. This allows you to focus on proper form and technique, creating a stress-reducing fitness experience. Turn on the classical, jazz or melody of your choice, or take in the news on the surrounding flatscreen televisions.

Aerobics Studio

Classes allow members to join together in a common goal of successful aging. Benefit from classes in balance, aerobics, cardio, stretch, and meditation to name a few. Whether seated or standing, our simple yet effective exercises will help increase strength, flexibility and overall health. No prior training required. Classes are offered at multiple fitness levels and will have you feeling results.

Massage Room

Schedule your restorative massage to improve blood circulation, relieve pain, and increase range of motion. Available in the comfort of our Fitness Center, our licensed massage therapists will utilize aromatherapy and music to improve mood and relaxation. With regular massage, individuals can experience an improved quality of life, increased energy levels and feel healthier overall. Therapists are available by appointment and come at an additional cost.
